Who we are

Visits to this site

We record the pages you view and for how long, the site or campaign that referred you, your device type, browser and operating system, and an approximate location (city, region and country) derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored; a one-way scrambled version is kept to block abuse. A random identifier saved in your browser lets us count return visits without identifying you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no visit is recorded.

When you contact us

We store what you enter in the form: your name, work email, the state where your company is based, what’s your industry, would an on-site visit help and your message. If you used the free tool before writing to us and chose to include its result, that result is stored with your message. The message is linked to your visit so we can see which pages you read. We compare the state you select with the country of your IP address so enquiries from outside the US can be handled separately.

How the information is used

To reply to you and prepare for a conversation, to understand which pages and channels are useful, and to protect the site and form from spam.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal information or use it for advertising elsewhere. Providers that host the site and database, send our notification emails and run spam protection process it on our behalf. Nebel Technologies staff, including team members outside the US, may read your message to reply. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold.

Retention

Visit records are deleted after 12 months unless they are linked to a message, in which case they are kept with it. Messages are deleted 3 years after our last contact unless you become a client or ask us to delete them earlier.

Your choices and rights

Write to contact@nebeltech.us from the address you used to ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and will respond within 45 days. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as Texas and California, have these rights by law, and using them won’t affect how we treat you. To appeal a decision, reply to it and we will review it within 60 days; you may then contact your state attorney general.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes too, and significant changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
