How much time could custom software save you?
List the manual tasks your team repeats every week. You’ll see the hours and staff cost that software could save in a year, and roughly how long a first phase would take to pay for itself. No email needed.

Staff cost saved a year$27,700–$38,100

How this is worked out
For each row: hours per week × people × 48 working weeks × the share software could take over (low 0.2–0.35, medium 0.4–0.6, high 0.65–0.85). Money saved multiplies those hours by the hourly cost. The build range assumes one developer at $3,800 a month for a typical first phase. All of these are assumptions to check with you, not quotes.
